Hello! I want to congratulate Vasundhara Kashikar on her new website.
Vasu and her brother, Alhad, are kind and caring individuals. They have been part of the Anandwan community since the mid-nineties.
Very recently, on February 9th, during our social organisation’s 75th Anniversary event at Anandwan, she led the closing session with great enthusiasm and knowledge. She connected remarkably well with everyone, from Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Shri. Devendra Fadnavis to other guests from diverse sectors, earning praise from all those present. Above all, she undertook this willingly, motivated by her love for our cause.
She is also a skilled anchor, communicator, and a passionate reader and writer. Her latest book is about Sharad Joshi, the founder of Shetkari Sanghatana. This work shows her commitment to grassroots issues and her support for ordinary people, especially marginalised farmers.

वसुंधरा काशीकर हे निवेदनाच्या क्षेत्रातील सुपरिचित नाव असलं तरी त्यांचं प्रत्यक्ष निवेदन ऐकण्याचा योग 2 वेळा आला . पहिला, मा. पंतप्रधान यांच्या उपस्थितीत वर्धा येथे पार पडलेला PM Vishwakarma ह्या योजनेचा वर्षपूर्ति कार्यक्रम . दुसरा, नांदेड मधल्या ‘ राज्य स्तरीय सांस्कृतिक आणि क्रीडा स्पर्धा . हे दोन्ही कार्यक्रम त्यांनी अत्यंत सफाईदारपणे हाताळले. आतापर्यंत त्यांनी केलेल्या कार्यक्रमांची range, त्यांची विविधता बघता केवळ वाक्चातुर्याच्या बळावर हे आव्हान पेलणे शक्य आहे असे वाटत नाही . यामागे त्यांचा व्यासंग , बहुश्रुतता , विषयांची जाण, राजशिष्टाचाराचे भान, शब्दांची निवड- रचना, प्रसंगावधान, नर्म विनोदाचा आवश्यकते नुसार वापर यासारखे कष्टसाध्य वैशिष्ट्ये आहेत. कुठल्याही कार्यक्रमाचे Dynamics सांभाळण्यासाठी आवश्यक असलेला आत्मविश्वास आणि लवचिकता त्यांच्याकडे आहे. पल्हालिकतेचा सोस त्यांच्या बोलण्यात नाही.
सोबतच एक नैसर्गिक सहजता, ओघ आणि स्वाभाविकता या गुणांची जोड लाभली आहे. त्यांचे लेखिका आणि कवियत्री असणे यामुळे निवेदनाला एक वेगळी उंची प्राप्त होते. अगदी stage च्या सौंदर्य शास्त्राला समजून घेऊन त्याच्याशी जुळवून घेण्याचा त्यांचा प्रयत्न त्यांच्या व्यावसायिक मूल्यांची ( professionalism) साक्ष देतो.
